The Retirement Investors' Club (RIC) 403b Plan , also known a TSA (Tax Sheltered Annuity), is a voluntary retirement savings program offered by employers of educational & education-related institutions. This savings program is designed to supplement pension and social security benefits at retirement. Contributions are made pretax through salary reductions and investment earnings are tax-deferred. (After-tax salary reductions may be an option if your employer also offers a 403b Roth account.) |
